ga99 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ga99 platform at ga99.io (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with ga99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued use of ga99 following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.

2 Eligibility

To open a ga99 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ga99 enforces a strict minimum age policy and may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm your age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, affiliate, or contractor of ga99 or any of its group companies, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or had a ga99 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

ga99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) ga99 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

ga99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any point ga99 deems necessary for compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ga99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ga99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ga99 does not accept deposits via third-party payment agents or unverified intermediaries.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. ga99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification.

All funds deposited into your ga99 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be declined and returned where possible. ga99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions.

ga99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own service charges, for which ga99 accepts no responsibility.

• Deposit funds are credited to your ga99 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed the same day.
• ga99 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or fraud screening.
• In the event of a disputed transaction, ga99 will cooperate with the relevant payment provider to resolve the matter within 5 to 10 business days.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ga99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which supplement and must be read alongside these Terms.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. ga99 reserves the right to void winnings generated from bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met.

One Bonus Per Household. Only one welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion may be claimed per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

ga99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes to the associated terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ga99 are supplied by third-party certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ga99 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one ga99 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities in a manner that confers an unintended financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other game where collaborative play affects outcomes to the detriment of the Platform or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits through your payment provider without a legitimate basis, commonly referred to as "friendly fraud".
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ga99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

ga99 is committed to the principles of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During an exclusion period, ga99 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ga99 Platform, including but not limited to the ga99 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of ga99 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of ga99's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ga99, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ga99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ga99 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ga99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ga99 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or any other operational reason, with or without prior notice.

11 Privacy & Data

ga99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ga99 uses your personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and, where you have given consent, direct marketing communications. ga99 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

ga99 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

12 Amendments

ga99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

The version of these Terms applicable to any dispute is the version in force at the time the relevant events giving rise to the dispute occurred.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ga99 operates as an international online gaming platform.
